Overview

The Dreaming team is in the process of expansion, and we're actively seeking exceptional individuals to join us in various roles on the property or within our residence. We're on the lookout for people who are prepared to be part of a greater purpose, emphasising a high standard of professionalism and a strong sense of teamwork.

Our mission is to create a nurturing ecosystem dedicated to providing outstanding experiences for all, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both our guests and staff.

The Exchange

  • You’ll join either a short term, or long term (3 to 6 months) work exchange program

  • All meals provided by our retreat chef in a communal kitchen and dining area

  • Shared, live-in dorm-style accommodation with both male and female residents

  • A commitment of up to 30 hours of work per week, including administrative tasks with varying shift hours

  • Access to an enriching training program

  • During your days off, you're encouraged to explore the breathtaking surroundings and participate in any of our retreat offerings

  • Join a community of people who are passionate about nature, connection, wellbeing and sustainability

  • Immerse yourself in breathtaking magical surroundings each day with the magical Elan Valley right on your doorstep!
