You’ll receive a Retreat Welcome Pack before you arrive for your retreat with a full list of what you need for your stay.
We recommend you bring loose comfortable clothing for indoors including a pair of indoor shoes or slippers. As we are in rural Wales, we also recommend you bring outdoor clothing, including waterproofs, wellies or walking boots for all times of the year.A notebook and something to write with can also be a good idea for occasional notes or reflections during your stay.
We will provide you with towels and natural shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in all our bathrooms. -
Yes, there is lots of room to park on site.
When you arrive, please pull around to the far side of the house and park alongside the barns. -
All of our rooms are booked on a bed by bed basis. This means if you book a bed in one of our twin bed rooms, another retreat guest can book the other bed.
Whilst many people are hesitant about sharing with someone they don't know, we can safely say from experience that the bonds guests leave our retreats with are powerful.
We also offer Single Room Supplement upgrades for an extra fee.
Should you be concerned that you may keep other guests awake, or have an other queries surrounding this, please email bookings@thedreaming.co.uk, and we'll do our utmost to accommodate you. -
Our retreats are a Digital Detox, which means we have no WIFI and poor to no phone reception.
We have a landline which can be used to make/receive calls should you need. -
Our minimum stay is 3 nights so you can fully immerse yourself in life at The Dreaming. Settle in, unwind, experience community life, participate in the various daily offerings, and explore the magical surroundings.

Yes. Once a bed is booked by someone identifying as male or female, beds in that room will only be available to those of that same gender.
Should you identify as anything other than male or female, please get in touch with us at bookings@thedreaming.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to discuss what we can do to ensure you have a comfortable experience with us. -
Yes.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, should you be sharing with another retreat guest then you'll be sharing the same bathroom. -

Please alert us to your dietary needs in our booking form so we have ample time to prepare. -

No.
As much as we love animals, sadly not! Other than service animals, we cannot allow pets on-site.
Although we do have plenty of wildlife you might meet during your stay! -
Alcohol is not available during the retreat and we ask guests to refrain from using drugs and alcohol on the premises. The Dreaming is a dry site with a strict zero drugs policy.
Any breach of this policy may lead to you being asked to leave the site.
